Most AI consultancy starts with the tools. A recommended stack, a framework, a roadmap with no view of the outcomes that will make a real difference to the business. What gets missed is the business underneath: how decisions get made on the ground, where time is being lost, what the team will adopt and keep using.
This practice works the other way around. The starting point is always your operations, your workflows, and the problems that are costing you time or clarity right now. AI comes in as the answer to a real question, not as the agenda.
